Location Spotlight: Keller Pointe

The Keller Pointe is a recreation and aquatic center located in Keller, Texas. Nearby, they have an abundance of recreational trails featuring lush greenery, picturesque backdrops, and plenty of architectural charm. Here’s why Keller Pointe is a fantastic place for senior photos!

Keller Pointe, a beautiful destination known for its diverse array of flora, offers visitors a unique experience with its seasonal colors. Throughout the year, the gardens at Keller Pointe showcase a stunning display of blooms, fragrances, and natural beauty.

While the natural landscapes already boast a varied collection of wildflowers that bloom on a seasonal basis, I find it exciting to add my own touch by bringing along additional flowers as props.

My seniors love interacting with these bright pops of color, and it never fails to bring smiles. Let me know if you’re interested in incorporating some blossoms in your photo session.

In addition to the flowers, I can’t get enough of the greenery that surrounds Keller Pointe. It looks great any time of the year, but especially during senior photo season. My seniors experience an array of trails throughout the park, paved or unpaved, and there’s plenty of opportunities to have some fun along the way!

I tailor my prompts to accentuate my client’s best features. I love seeing them interact with the world around them in a genuine way, whether that means jumping off of boulders or playing in the stream!

This stream is one of my favorite spots at Keller Pointe. Here, spunky seniors have the opportunity to take off their shoes and wade! Water adds such an element of playfulness and movement, and I 10/10 recommend.

If you’re thinking about having a photo session here, I definitely recommend choosing a fun and whimsical wardrobe. Wardrobe is a great tool to show off your personality. This is just the cherry on top, so get as creative as you want! I always bring a changing tent to my senior sessions, so no need to worry about where to change outfits. I’ve got you covered!

Flowing dresses, floppy hats, bags, and statement pieces like cowboy boots make a photo session extra fun, so don’t be afraid to break out your most stylish pieces! They’re totally worth it.
