Landon is a heartwarming young man who graduated from Keller Highschool. We celebrated by driving to McPherson Park in Colleyville, Texas for a senior guy session.

Landon is no stranger to me! Two years ago, I took his sister’s highschool graduation photos in downtown Fort Worth, and I photographed the entire family last fall. It was thrilled to see him again!

McPherson Park was perfect for our session’s needs. The natural beauty of the park offered a colorful palate that is so unique to this area. With a log cabin, a blue silo, and a smaller tin silo, we were all set to create magical memories for Landon.

And let me tell you, this session was something special. I loved putting Landon in the spotlight! With gorgeous, brown eyes and a whole lot of style, he totally rocked this session!

He brought several different outfit choices, and plenty of props to help tell his highschool story. Of course, we had to snap a few photos of him in his cap and gown, but he also brought two different sets of shirts and ties in his favorite colors of gray, blue, and red.

One accessory I absolutely loved was his fedora! This hat gave him such a suave appearance. It was so much fun watching Landon play with different poses.

As for props, we could not forget his pair of drumsticks! Landon is musically talented, and drums are his favorite instrument. When I first heard that, I knew I wanted to include a detail shot of his drumsticks!

We definitely snapped some winners. It helped that Landon came with the best attitude. He warmed up to the camera so nicely, and he was very agreeable to all of my posing ideas.

Landon and I weren’t the only ones who came to the session. His mom came for moral support and cheered him on! She was such a great help by carrying Landon’s wardrobe changes and props. At the end, we pulled her in for a photo, too!
